There’s nothing like hitting the road in your new Mazda car for the first time, but don’t forget about your Mazda Connected Services setup. Setting up your app only takes a few minutes, and it will give you access to the full range of remote Mazda features. Follow this guide or talk to our team at El Dorado Mazda — either way, you’ll be ready to go in no time.

How Do I Set Up the MyMazda® App?

Your connection starts on the MyMazda® app, so install it on your Apple or Android phone first. If you don’t have an account set up yet, you can create one in the app. Once you’re logged in and have verified your account, you’re ready to sync with your new Mazda car.

How Do I Sync with the MyMazda® App?

Park your new Mazda car in a safe place, turn the ignition off, and tap Select Vehicle and follow the instructions. Once you tap Start, turn on your ignition and leave your car idling for up to thirty seconds. You’ll need to copy a code from your infotainment system screen to your app, and then you’re all ready to go with Mazda Connected Services!

What Can I Do with MAZDA Connected Services?

Once your phone is synced, all of your connected features are just a tap away. Switch to the Remote tab in your app, and you can remote-start your engine, lock or unlock the doors, or turn the lights on or off to find your car in a busy parking lot. Checking your car’s status is just as easy: swap to the Status tab and check fuel levels, tire pressure, and more from your phone.
