So, today was my 1st experience with the Service Department at El Dorado Mazda and it was great! When I arrived for my 4pm appointment, the Service Advisor, Shelby, was having a difficult time finding my appointment....that's because I was a day early! I was ready to show her the reminder texts I had received, when I discovered my error. She was so sweet about it, never even mentioning my mistake...just said she'd located the appt. and they'd take care of my service.
