Nick, the service manager, and the service team at Eldorado Mazda are the best. I've always had a great experience taking my vehicles here. The best part of this team is that they don't just try to sell you everything; they only recommend what is actually needed. I recently took my Mazda here for a potential repair and they couldn't recreate it and didn't charge me. Unbelievable. In the past 4 years we've done all of our Mazda service at this location and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
If you’re going to buy a Mazda, go to Wayne Ross at El Dorado Mazda of McKinney! This man has been an absolute blessing. I have been interested in the CX 5 for some time now, but wasn’t quite ready to upgrade from my 2017 Honda CRV since it wasn’t a necessity just yet. However, I recently suffered an accident and my car was totaled out. Wayne has never once been pushy trying to just get a sale under his belt. He made sure I was getting the best car to fit my needs, wants, and budget, letting me test drive different models with different packages to see what would work best. That’s really all you can ask for as a customer. I am forever grateful and will always recommend Wayne and El Dorado Mazda for anyone who might be interested in one too!
Just recently bought a Mazda MX-5 from El Dorado Mazda, after looking around for cars the past month and going to multiple dealerships El Dorado Mazda was by and far the best experience. I received help from both Wayne Ross and Kamden Nichols and they were both better than anyone I talked to from any other dealership around here. Negotiations will always have their up and downs but at the end of day Wayne did an amazing job and I couldn't recommend him more if you're looking to buy a Mazda!
From the moment I parked and walked through the door, I was greeted and treated with respect and kindness. Duane T made sure all my questions were answered before I even test drove anything. He located the three I wanted and we narrowed down my wants/needs. We went for a test drive ( I think he might have been worried about my driving at first lol). He showed me different ins and outs about the car. I fell in love with the car but have had such bad experiences in the past, I still have my reservations. He did not push me once, he let me ask questions and if he didn't know, he found the person who would know. He waited for me with finance and greeted me after. Even after I purchased, he text and answered my questions. He gets 10 stars from me. I also met another woman, I cannot recall her name but she stopped what she was doing so she could take a picture for me. I came back the next day to drop off my old keys and asked more questions, Was able to talk with service who were very nice to me. A couple days later called financing and they responded and explained everything again to me ( I was so excited to drive way, I didn't retain all the information given to me). I am so happy with my purchase, the service and will definitely refer anyone wanting a Mazda to them! This is Carmen (Sandiego) because I will be traveling everywhere with her and have only had her a little over a week and kind of put about 1300 miles on her. What a great experience! I don’t usually write reviews, but Chris Sturdy at Mazda made buying a car seem as easy as picking up a target order. He had everything ready to go and was extremely sensitive to our time restraints and worked to get us in and out as fast as possible. We will definitely be back to get a car for our daughter in a few months!
First time purchasing from this dealership. Worked with Chris in sales, told him what I was looking for over email, he found exactly what I wanted. I drove out that evening to pick up and it was ready. No hassle with my trade in, paperwork went smoothly, everyone was super nice and my car is perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Waaaaaaaay more professional and no endless "haggling" like my previous dealings with other local dealerships (ahem, Auto Nation). We worked out numbers over the phone and everything was ready for me to sign off on when I arrived. It honestly could not have gone better. I will definitely be back in the future.
I bought my SUV from Thomas Finn -- he was breath of fresh air! Considering it was only his second day on the job, he handled his business like a pro. Salespeople have tendency to stereotype customers based on gender, age, ethnicity, outer appearance, etc unintentionally or intentionally to maximize their "performance" (I get it, you don't want to waste your time with non-buyers. Time is money.)-- but in doing so, they risk losing a potential customer like the salesperson did at a different dealership. I was immediately greeted by Thomas with a "I can help you with that" attitude. He was equipped with knowledge, easy going personality and LOTS OF ENERGY! He also didn't blow smoke in my face. I love that when he didn't know the answer to a question, he wasn't shy to tell me he didn't know, but that he'd get the answer for me (which he did). So awesome! You don't always have to have the answer -- just have the willingness to help find the answer. :) Thomas also focused on my "needs" rather than "price range". He completely "owned" the sale and followed up with me days after (not too many people do that). Seasoned salespeople can learn a thing or two from Thomas. He is definitely a keeper. I'd get him to train your future salespeople if I were you. ;) Be sure to ask for Thomas Finn if you are on the market for a new vehicle! Constructive criticism to sales manager/team member: Please take your training opportunities off the sales floor. Don't degrade your team members in front of the customer -- that reflects poorly on you and your place of business. It's also unprofessional. If it wasn't for Thomas, I might have taken my business elsewhere.

I recently just bought my very first car and they made the experience extremely easy and stress free, in the midst of Covid. When I arrived just to look around, they did not swarm me and let me come to them to ask any questions. If you go, make sure that you ask for Stephen. He was very sweet and helped me with all of my questions and concerns. He has even checked in with me after buying my car to make sure to help with any of the features. 5 starts for sure!

Steven Kilpatrick makes the difference between a normal dealership and this one. I purchased two autos from him this year and his communication, attention to detail and service have been exceptional. The rest of the dealership can learn from him. Due to COVID, Steven personally delivered the cars, handled all of the paperwork at my home and followed up to ensure that we were happy.

Multiple test drives and buying options were easily presented and everything was very transparent. Most importantly their first offered selling price was not a skull crack it was a reasonable offer which I appreciated. Highly recommend this dealership especially Wayne who was a great guy.

DREW WALTER was our sales guy, and he was low pressure, highly knowledgeable ..total exceptional experience from the test drive to finance! Every employee we encountered was amazing. We were in and out and driving home in our new car in under three hours. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
I first took my wife's Ford Explorer in for an alignment, but it required more than an alignment. Rather than potentially waste time, Shelby was honest and told me that a Ford tech would probably be better suited for the job, and didn't charge me for the service! I took my other car in the next week for an oil change & rotation, and they delivered exemplary service yet again. In & out in no time, plus was able to use a website coupon. They also added a video review from the technician that showed me exactly how my tires & undercarriage were looking. I was able to watch it from the waiting room on my phone, and it was a great way to show me the status of my car. As an added bonus, I showed Shelby that part of my door panel had somehow become detached, and they easily fixed it while doing the oil change — and I don't believe they charged me for it either. I've bought 2 cars from Eldorado Mazda, and will continue to have all my service done there.
