Great service, without feeling pressured. I was pleasantly surprised when we could test drive a vehicle without a chaperone. This let myself and my wife talk about the vehicles we drove openly to help make a decision. We drove 4 different vehicles, and the level of courtesy never diminished. That is even after leaving the lot after driving 3 vehicles, telling them I was looking at another brand a week to compare to Mazda, then returning to drive another one. I feel they respected you as a person, not just your wallet.
Where do I start...I recently purchased a used 2022 C8 Stingray from El Dorado Chevrolet a couple of weeks ago. Within the 1st day the corvette popped a check engine light. After purchasing a very expensive car I didn't feel comfortable about keeping it after I saw the check engine light. The dealership service department was extremely attentive, clean and professional in addressing my vehicle's service and Mazda recall notices. The dealership was timely in advising status and offering assistance I may have had need of. The Service Advisor, William, was very professional and courteous. The service tech's video was very helpful and informative.

I cannot recommend them enough! Jacob was phenomenal! I took my SUV to 2 other locations before taking it here and I deeply regret not going here first. One place said I needed to replace something that did not need replacing and they left my vehicle in complete disarray. He was honest and communicative throughout the entire process. The parts that were replaced have a 2 year warranty no matter which Chevy dealership I take it to. Moving forward, I will take my vehicle to El Dorado McKinney and always ask for Jacob, thank you sir!

She test drove it and sat down for numbers, and then called me. The mind games here were horrendous. Either improper cleaning after brake fluid exchange and other big services or it was damaged during service. Brake fluid all over the caliper indicating it's leaking after service was done on my vehicle yesterday. I'll be bringing it back for repair at dealership expense, as this was damaged during repair by your techs when there was no issue beforehand this service was done. Had my 2015 GMC Acadia serviced at Eldorado. Stephen was my service advisor, and I really liked him. You always had very competitive prices on service work. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palasides and didnāt like the vehicle. One day I had had enough , and drove to Eldorado. Found a 2023 Chevy Traverse that fit my needs and bought it. I feel like Iām back home. Great dealership, great people, couldnāt be happier.

He checked me in and got the battery replaced though there were only two hours before they were closed for the day. Fantastic buying experience. We live a few hours from the dealership and were able to complete most of the transaction remotely. When we arrived, our new car was up front, gassed up and ready to go.
