Rather than the standard mid-generation facelift — a few nips and tucks, but little else — the 2022 Mazda CX-5 offers up some substantial changes. The Grand Touring Reserve trim is renamed Turbo.
The seats are redesigned for better comfort. The transmission has been returned, and the suspension upgraded. Perhaps best of all, the i-Activ AWD® system is now a standard feature.
